Laybuy Payment Steps:

  1. During Checkout:

    • Proceed with your order and select "Laybuy" as your payment option.

  2. Order Confirmation Email:

    • You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and a unique order number.

  3. Laybuy Payment Instructions:

    • Within 24 hours, you will receive a separate email with detailed payment instructions for completing your Laybuy payment.

  4. Make Payment:

    • Follow the provided instructions to make your payment through the Laybuy platform using the provided reference number.

  5. Payment Confirmation:

    • Once your Laybuy payment is successfully processed, please allow up to 1 business day for us to confirm your payment and update your order status.

  6. Order Processing:

    • Once your LAYBUY payment plan is completed, we will process your order and prepare it for shipment.

  7. Shipment Notification:

    • You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking details when your order is on its way.

Terms and Conditions for Laybuy Payment:

1. Payment Process:

  • By choosing the Laybuy Payment option, you acknowledge that you will receive separate payment instructions via email after placing your order.

2. Payment Deadline:

  • Please complete your Laybuy payment within 24 hours of receiving the payment instructions to avoid order cancellation.

3. Payment Reference:

  • Ensure that you use the provided order number when making your Laybuy payment to ensure accurate order tracking.

4. Order Confirmation:

  • After you complete your Laybuy payment, please allow up to 1 business day for us to confirm your payment and update your order status.

5. Order Processing:

  • Once your Laybuy payment plan is completed , we will process your order and prepare it for shipment.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations:

  • Changes to your order or cancellations can only be made before your Laybuy payment is confirmed. After confirmation, our regular order policies apply.

7. Interest and Fees: A 5% interest charge will be applied to the total purchase amount for using the laybuy payment option. The interest charge will be distributed evenly across the installments.

Payment Due Dates: Failure to make a payment on the specified due date may result in additional charges and potential order cancellation. If a payment is missed, a late fee of R100 will be applied to your Laybuy account.
