Orders shipping within South Africa will receive FREE Standard delivery, 2 weeks.
Free delivery is available for orders over R5000.
International shipping options and prices vary based on your shipping destination.
Please be aware there may be delays in fulfilling orders during busy periods.
Returns Policy
Wherever you're returning from, make sure your item is in the original saleable condition in which you received it. We reserve the right to refuse or withhold refunds if these conditions are not met.
If you are returning from outside the South Africa, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our regular returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In some situations we will be able to offer store credit at our discretion.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We are unable to provide refunds for Gift Cards.
Returns sent with a free postage label can take up to 3 days to reach us. Once received, returns can take up to 2 working days to be processed before your refund or exchange is issued, at which time you will receive a notification. We recommend retaining proof of postage for returns sent from outside the UK.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 5 working days of receiving a refund notification, double check with your bank before contacting them. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
